Rachel has a special interest in supporting clients who want their Christian faith to be welcomed into the counseling process. She understands that for many people, faith isn't simply one part of life— it can shape how you understand your relationships, identity, struggles, decisions, and hopes for the future.

In counseling, Rachel offers a warm and supportive space where you can explore both your mental health and your faith without feeling like you have to separate the two.
What Christian Counseling with Rachel May Look Like
Your faith can have a place in the room.

Depending on what feels meaningful to you, sessions with Rachel may include exploring:

How your faith influences the way you see yourself and your circumstances
Biblical values or Scripture that are meaningful to you
Questions surrounding identity, purpose, relationships, or life direction
The intersection between anxiety, emotions, and faith
Spiritual struggles or seasons of uncertainty
Prayer or other faith practices when appropriate and requested

You decide how much or how little faith is incorporated into your counseling experience.

Rachel may be a good fit if you're…
-
Someone who wants your Christian faith to be understood rather than avoided in counseling.
-
Someone struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationships, self-worth, or a difficult life transition.
-
Someone who wants a counselor who can comfortably discuss both mental health and faith.
-
Someone looking for a supportive environment where you can ask difficult questions without judgment.
-
Someone interested in growing emotionally while remaining grounded in your personal values and beliefs.
