You Don’t Have to Be in Crisis to Start Therapy
Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. Sometimes, you may simply feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. You might be navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, parenting, self-esteem, anxiety, or patterns you’re ready to better understand. Therapy can also be a space for personal growth, reflection, and learning more about yourself. You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to reach out for support.
