Sometimes the most healing words we hear are, "Me too."
There is something incredibly powerful about sitting in a room with women who understand the mental load you carry—not because they've read about it, but because they're living it too.
Whether you're navigating motherhood, career transitions, relationship changes, burnout, anxiety, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, having a supportive community can make all the difference.
Why We Created Life, Lately
Modern life asks a lot of women.
Many of us were taught to be independent, productive, and available for everyone else. While those qualities can be strengths, they can also leave us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our own needs.
Life, Lately was created to offer something different.
This isn't about having all the answers or pretending everything is okay.
It's about creating intentional space to slow down, reflect, and connect with women who understand what you're experiencing.
What Makes Group Therapy Different?
Individual therapy offers a valuable space for personal exploration, but group therapy provides something uniquely healing; community.
Research has consistently shown that group therapy can help reduce feelings of isolation while increasing hope, emotional support, self-awareness, and confidence.
In group, you'll discover that many of the thoughts you've kept to yourself are actually shared by others.
What We'll Explore
Over six bi-weekly sessions, we'll explore topics that many millennial women are navigating today, including:
Managing stress and burnout
Building confidence and self-worth
Setting healthy boundaries
Navigating motherhood and changing identities
Emotional wellness and resilience
Personal growth and self-discovery
Each session combines therapist-guided discussion, practical coping strategies, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out!
You're welcome exactly as you are.
Why Bi-Weekly?
Life is busy.
Meeting every other week gives you time to practice new skills, reflect between sessions, and integrate what you're learning into everyday life while maintaining the consistency of an ongoing support system.
Over the course of three months, relationships naturally develop, allowing members to build trust, celebrate progress, and support one another through challenges.
Who Is This Group For?
