Academic Coaching (Grades 6-12)

Service Description

Academic Coaching is provided by a licensed Professional Educator who supports students by offering hands-on practice to grow their organizational skills and academic confidence. This service offers students to meet with the coach once or twice a week to discuss academic challenges, organize missing assignments, streamline classroom portals, discover opportunities to raise their grade, and provide accountability check ins for work completion. Additionally, if a student struggles with a particular assignment or class, the academic coach will provide supplemental instruction and teaching to bridge the knowledge gap so the student can get back on track with their class(es). We also give the guardian and student the option for our coach to collaborate with the student's school to aid communication and ensure wrap-around support.
