Therapy That Meets You Where You're At

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Therapy may help if you're experiencing constant overthinking or replaying conversations, feeling overwhelmed even when you're "functioning," difficulty setting boundaries, perfectionism or fear of disappointing others, low confidence or self-esteem, anxiety that shows up physically, and stress during major life transitions

Individual Therapy

Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported.

Individual therapy at KWR Practices with Kim and Rachel provides personalized, evidence-based care tailored to you.

Our process begins by you scheduling a free consultation call or filling out our Get Started form. We will create a portal account for you and have you complete some paperwork once you've decided if you'd like to use insurance like Aetna, or if you will be paying out of pocket. Then, we will have our first therapy session together to discuss your goals and begin working together!

Together, we'll work to foster healing, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change- one conversation at a time.

Healing doesn't have to happen alone.

Group therapy at KWR Practices provides a supportive, therapist-led environment where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful relationships.

Through shared experiences, encouragement, and therapeutic guidance, you'll discover that growth often happens in community.
